Terms of Service

- Athy Events if for advertising events happening in Athy (and surrounding areas), Co. Kildare. No exceptions. A general rule for determining 'surrounding areas' is the postal address of the event's location- if it's within Athy, that is fine.
- All events advertised must be open to the general public (events can, of course, have admission and ticket fees attached to them)
- Athy Events (run by Pixelcode) reserve the right to remove any event they feel is not suitable for the general audience of visitors to Athy Events and related websites.
- Repeated misuse of your Athy Events account will result in your account being suspended and possibly closed, without refund of any fees paid.
- The account administrator is responsible for the security of their account. Pixelcode and Athy Lions Club can not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to your Athy Event account being compromised.
Pixelcode and Athy Lions Club reserve the right to alter the terms of service without notice.
